Whelping Room

Lots of breeders will never show you their set up for whelping they're female. Either they use kitty pools, towels, cardboard boxes, garages etc etc. These practices have proven to be unhealthy and have consequences on the puppies and Mothers health.

Our motto isn't "Breeding Done Right" for no reason. From our selection of parents, to our high value placed on nutrition, to not cutting one corner. We love sharing as much as we can with YOU!

Different stages of our Whelping Room

Here our room is tailored toward 5 week old puppies. Encouraging Mom & them to bond and learn scheduled potty training. Environment calm and fun to play in for them at this age.

Our Whelping Box

Even though this is birth we're dealing with, we like to keep things as clean and organized as possible. This makes the setting relaxing for the Mom, and easy for us to keep clean! Our clock is right above the box to chart the start of Labor, whelping each puppy, and time of pushing and birth. There are select heating pads underneath the washable pads to keep newborn puppies warm even when she attends to new puppies.

Puppy Play Dates

Once puppies are of age, we alter the room enough for you to come and enjoy your PUPPY MEET! They can play around and you can choose which one you want to spend more time with. We always keep our process focused on what you are looking for. If you ask for our observance we can tell you exactly which puppy fits your home.

Being there the whole time

This experience is something we take very important. That is why we are there the entire time. Never do we miss a second!

Give Space

From the beginning of birth to the end, we are there to support up to that moment but not interfere. Such as when placentas' come out, we don't just throw it out. We see what SHE wants to do. Most the time they want to eat it. Same thing with the umbilical cords, try to let her cut it, don't just jump in. Yes its important to be there to clean the puppies lungs and assist where needed but never take over. Usually only a couple puppies of a litter will need the cord tied with some dental floss. But not every puppy needs you in the way. After we let her spend all the quality time alone with them- yet supervised by camera.
